Objectives : To open a new world of cinema to the children
of Bangladesh and to give them an exposure to
culture and tradition of different countries
through film as a powerful media of art.
Dates : January 23 to 29. 2010
Nature : Feature films, short films, animations and
documentaries suitable for children. Competition
for films made by children.
Venues : Central Public Library Auditorium

You shall be glad to know that Children’s Film Society, Bangladesh is going to organize the 3rd International Children’s Film Festival Bangladesh in Dhaka from 23rd to 29th January 2010. We are planning to screen more than 150 feature, animation and short films suitable for children from all around the world simultaneously in 7 venues during the week-long festival in DVD format. We will also be happy to extend local hospitality to the filmmakers from abroad willing to attend the festival as delegates.
We shall be very glad and grateful if you kindly take initiatives to collect a good number of quality films suitable for children from your country for the festival.
We hope that you will definitely extend all sorts of cooperation to us to make this international event organizing for children in Bangladesh a success.
